New Partnership: Spa Collab + Esti Collab
This one has our hearts. We’re so excited to team up with Pamella Kerley and her Spa Collab + Esti Collab community. Pamella’s vision is all about real support for solo esties and spa pros, exactly the kind of work we love.
Together, we’re bringing high-impact education not just to the Esti Collab + Spa Collab Event stage, but all year round. Delivering insights, connection, and real tools to help spa pros thrive both inside and outside the treatment room. So much more ahead with Pamella and her team. We’re just getting started!

New York never disappoints. IECSC NY was HUGE and buzzing with fresh ideas, bold brands, and game-changing treatments. We love immersing ourselves in the vibe, networking and meeting spa pros. A few that made us stop in our tracks:

Live Love Spa NY: Connection & Cocktails
A huge shoutout to Live Love Spa for bringing the magic to NYC. Loved reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, toasting with Cinco de Mayo cocktails, and discovering some serious skincare + wellness gems. The TWA hotel venue was super cool and Live Love Spa always does such an amazing job bringing everyone together in an intimate setting where you can truly learn from and connect with vendors.
QMS: Collagen + HA that delivers. Virgin Skin: Derm-developed, barrier-boosting — genius. The Qi: Whole flower teas that make every sip a moment. Cause+Medic: New skincare coming — watch this brand. Kanya Life: Chakra roll-ons that smell like a dream. Savor Beauty: K-Beauty glam, apothecary twist. Lost Range CBD: Unscented CBD massage oil — bestseller status for a reason!

WOW in the Wild: Our Adventures
One thing about us , we love being out in the wild with you all. Jaclyne just wrapped a Texas whirlwind: Little Rock, Waco, Dallas, Austin ,catching up with friends like Teddy Lester (The Spa Mart) and Michael Simmons (Four Seasons Austin). Good eats, local art, big laughs, a reminder that this work is about people first and of course Teddy’s cute little kitties!
Meanwhile, Margaret soaked up pure spa magic at Savor Beauty + Spa on NYC’s Upper West Side. Product cocktailing at its dreamy best.Then drifted East into the iconic luxury of The Surrey Hotel Spa, where every detail eases you in before the first treatment even begins. And yes, squeezed in a quick recharge at the new Delta One Lounge at JFK Airport before catching a flight. Massage chairs, Experience Showers, Grown Alchemist spa journeys, a moment of calm before takeoff + delicious food and cocktails. Who needs a vacation? Everything you need to decompress and relax is right here!
Education is in our DNA
We found this industry and it changed our lives. Along the way, incredible people lifted us up, but the education we needed was often missing. That’s why we’re committed to filling that gap and giving others the guidance and support we wish we’d had.
This one lights us up. Teaching, guiding, and lifting up the next generation is part of who we are. We believe the next generation deserves more than just technical skills , they deserve business smarts and the confidence to lead.
Jaclyne joined a powerhouse panel at the Elaine Sterling Institute in Atlanta, sharing real talk on launching a business, marketing with heart, and keeping clients for life.
And there’s more ahead. We're partnering with beauty and esthetics schools across the country to refresh outdated business curriculum and help students step into this industry ready to run their own business. From big stage panels to small classrooms, we’re here for students, solo esties, new spa owners and every dreamer ready to make their mark.

Premiere Orlando: Indie Spa Powerhouses Unite!
Premiere Beauty Orlando was huge for us! So much energy, so much possibility. Big thanks to Mary Bemis, the Spa Connector herself, for gathering this amazing, heart-led community for Spa & Wellness TALKS.
Margaret was honored to share the Hidden Powerhouses panel with Ada Polla (Alchimie Forever), Adam Ross (Heyday & The Esti Confidential), and Mark Wuttke (Wuttke Group) unpacking how indie spas and salons aren’t just surviving, but setting the pace for what’s next.
Margaret took the stage to teach Elevating the Independent Spa Experience, and the energy from new owners and solopreneurs was electric. We’re here for that — and here for them.
Pups & Pastimes
This summer, Jaclyne and I will be enjoying some well-deserved downtime with our sweet pups, Zoey and Scarlett. When we’re not working with our amazing partners, you’ll likely find us with our favorite companions and a few of our cherished pastimes.
For Margaret, that means cheering on the Mets (yes — she proudly made the hat!) and more travel adventures with her husband, Manny.
Jaclyne enjoys spending time with her family and close friends of over 15 years. She loves relaxing on the patio with Scarlett and soaking up the sun. Travel, new restaurants, nature, and local art and culture all inspire and recharge her.
Here’s to sunny days, wagging tails, and a little time for the things that make us smile.
