Having opened spas from the ground up, created treatment menus that convert, developed protocols as a trained esthetician, and worked alongside spa resource brands to accelerate growth, she understands how to connect great ideas with what actually works in the business. She’s stood at both the treatment table and in the boardroom, giving her a unique ability to see opportunities through the lens of the guest, the provider, and the business owner. Today, she brings that perspective to helping spas and brands strengthen their concepts, create memorable experiences, solve challenges, and uncover new opportunities—with the creativity and curiosity of someone who still loves experiencing spas herself. Whether consulting, educating, or speaking on industry stages, Margaret leads with thoughtfulness, connection, and a genuine heart to serve the people and businesses behind the work.

With over 20 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry and a degree in marketing, Jaclyne brings a unique blend of strategy, creativity, and real-world business experience to her work. Having spent much of her career working alongside independent businesses, she understands and appreciates the many hats spa and brand owners wear, and believes the best strategies are the ones that actually work in real life. A creative at heart with a love for design, she’s equally the “numbers girl” who loves a good spreadsheet and digging into what the data is really saying. Most importantly, Jaclyne genuinely loves to give, serve, and help others turn their ideas into thriving businesses.

The Goop Lab highlighted the Wim Hof Method, which involves meditation, cold exposure then breathing techniques. Luxury resorts even offer various forms of cold plunges and cryotherapy.

We shared strategies to drive demand, increase average ticket sales, and elevate the guest experience—plus tips for using storytelling to create immersive, on-brand treatments.
